Mr. Himansu Kumar Garnayak, having more than 5 years of experience in the field of Hardware & Networking, and Call Center Projects and Non-Voice Projects. Prior to this he was working as a Manager (Technical) in Raj Technology, Chennai supporting the operations of number of blue chip companies of USA. He also ventured into call center project for Multi-Cultural Press (USA) ALLTELL (USA) and Bell Canada. He holds a graduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a graduate degree in Business Management.

He is responsible for the overall strategy and focus of the company. He keeps updated with the latest technological developments in IT & ITES industry and brings in extensive management experience to DATA NOTIC INTER NATIONAL.

Mr. Balaji Baskaran
Director - Operations

Mr. Balaji Baskaran having 3 years of experience in the field of Merchandising Data Analysis in Lycatel at United Kingdom and 2 years of experience in the Non-Voice projects at the BPO industry, as a part of Data Notic International he is dedicating his time to help our clients achieve high performance by combining deep understanding of local business conditions with a global experience of what works to deliver innovative and successful services.

He brings together the best people, processes and technologies to provide high-quality and cost-effective end-to-end solutions for all your business needs. He holds a master degree in Human Resource Management from University of Wales, UK.

Mr. Rajesh Durairaj
Director - Marketing

Mr. Rajesh Durairaj having more than 8 years of experience in the field of BPO and his experience as an Agent, Team leader, Operations and Sales from the provider and client perspective, makes him uniquely qualified for his role at Data Notic International. During his career, he has operated globally in a variety of market sectors and has led teams providing solutions and services to respond to significant change driven by regulatory reform, market liberalization and market disruption. His focus is on growing top-line revenue, building the brand and creating deep client relationships by implementing relevant solutions.

His well-honed skills from previous assignments at Lycatel, London are put to good use in driving business at Data Notic. Rajesh Durairaj is a graduate in Arts and holds a management degree from Holborn College, Wales University, London, UK.

Mrs. Subhasmita G.
Manager – HR & Operations

Mrs. Subhasmita G.is responsible for all operations related activities of the company. Additionally she also heads the HR department where she is handling all HR activities. She was working with many ITES companies in the HR department before joining Data Notic international.

She holds a degree in Science and a degree in Management.
